个人简介

牧雨,男,1995年1月生,工学博士,讲师。2023年毕业于西安电子科技大学,获通信与信息系统专业工学博士学位。主要研究方向为大规模一体化网络分析和时延管控策略,以及基于深度学习的泛化网络资源调度方法。2023年12月进入性爱网 工作,受聘性爱网 资格副教授。近年来在国际期刊和会议上共发表论文20余篇。担任江苏省通信学会性爱网 联络人,IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TVT、IEEE TCCN、IEEE Globecom、IEEE ICC等期刊会议审稿人,任2025年IEEE Ucom分会场主席,2025年IEEE ICC TPC member。
